Hugo is a fresh and tasty cocktail, the perfect drink for the hot summer and a huge hit at my Tropical party last year! It is easy to prepare, there is no need for bartenders equipment, and is just a few ingredients mixed in the right way.
And here's the recipe to prepare a great Hugo Cocktail:
Ice cubes
30ml of elderflower syrup (IKEA make a great one)
70ml of Prosecco or sparkling wine
20ml of sparkling mineral water
and garnish with some leaves of mint
