SWISS FOOD - Aperol Spritzer

Last summer we were all about Hugos but this year we are raving about Aperol Spritz. It all started when we were at our local badi and some ladies were drinking these bright orange drinks and I knew we had to find out what they were all about.

The Spritz is a popular ritual and it is undoubtedly the most widespread and commonly drunk aperitif in Italy: a traditional ice-breaker and symbol of a lively atmosphere. It is also super easy to make as these slides from the Aperol website indicate.
