Trail mix is a great snack when hiking mountains or just spending a long day away from home. Trail mix can easily fit into a backpack and gives an energy boost when resources run low. For a healthy mix add: Almonds, Dark Chocolate, Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, Unsweetened Fruits: Raisins, Dried Cranberries, Apples, Pineapple, Apricots and Toasted Oats.
